Sunday 13th October - Ashton Court Estate, Bristol

The perfect event to get your season started - our 2024 EPIC 10k Trail Series begins in our home town of Bristol, at the stunning Ashton Court Estate. 

With some testing climbs, rolling terrain and amazing views of the surrounding areas - the Ashton Court route is exactly what the EPIC 10k trail series is all about - challenging yourself and using your fitness to explore some stunning locations! 

Trail Running or Ruck Running?

As with all of our events in our EPIC 10k Trail Series, there are two main ways you can take on the Ashton Court 10k route:

1) A Standard Trail Run - i.e. just you and your trainers versus the trails.

2) A Ruck Run - i.e. take on the same 10k route but with the addition of a weighted backpack that we provide you with on the day (12kg for men, 8kg for women).

Competitive or Just For Fun? 

For both the trail run & ruck run categories, you can also choose whether to enter the competitive heats and compare your course time against others...

Or you can enter the ‘Just for Fun’ heats & take on the route by yourself or with as many friends as you'd like (please note: you will still all receive a finishing time)!

Categories:

1) Just For Fun:

- Individuals & Groups (as many team members as you like!)

2) Competitive:

- Individuals (competitive heat men)

- Individuals (competitive heat women)

Please note: If you take part in a competitive category, we will pre-allocate you to your age group based on the age you provide when signing up. 

At the end of the event, you will be able to see how you placed overall as well as in your specific age group.  

Age groups:

Individual

Open age category - 35 or below

Masters age category - 36-42

Vets age category - 43+

Parking: We will send out information regarding parking closer to the event.

Location: Ashton Court Estate, Long Ashton, Bristol BS41 9JN

Start Time / Finish Time: Provisionally, all heats for all categories will begin between 10am-11am. You will be sent your exact heat start time on the week of the event.

Spectators: We never charge for spectators, so everyone welcome!
